Department of Pathology shall be upgraded at a cost of 29.313 millions.

Department of Microbiology shall be upgraded at a cost of 27.146 millions

Department of Immunology shall be upgraded at a cost of 28.413 millions
-
Department of Pharmacology shall be upgraded at a cost of 36.143 millions.

Department of Biochemistry shall be upgraded at a cost of 34.769 millions.

Department of Medical Education for Professionals shall be upgraded at a cost of 17.322 millions.

19 students will be sent abroad for higher education in Basic Medical Sciences at western universities (MS program leading to PhD) at a maximum cost of 93.372 millions.

85 students shall be enrolled in various M.Sc courses.
-
71 students shall be enrolled in various M.Phil leading to PhD courses.

33 students shall be enrolled in various PhD courses
-
14 students shall be enrolled in various PostDoc courses.

05 students shall be enrolled in postgraduate diploma courses.

8 publications in international research journals are targeted for the 1st year after completion of the project.

Laboratory and research equipment amounting to Rs. 115.920 millions shall be procured.

A total of Rs. 22.320 million shall be paid to the Research & Technical Staff during a period of 3 years.

Project Management Staff comprising of 3 persons shall be hired. A total of Rs. 2.250 million shall be paid to them during the project phase of 3 years.

A lecture theater complex to accommodate 300 students shall be constructed at a cost of 13.524 millions.
-
Civil work amounting to Rs. 17.381 million shall be carried out.

Furniture & Fixtures amounting to Rs. 8.099 million shall be procured.
-
Laboratory consumables, chemicals, Reagents Glassware and etc. amounting to Rs. 25.000 millions shall be procured.

Printing Press equipment amounting to Rs. 3.935 million shall be installed.

22 job opportunities shall be created.

One Coaster (22 seaters) amounting to Rs. 2.800 million and a Van amounting to Rs. 0.800 million shall be procured.

Under the present project twelve (12) computer resource labs will be established at affiliated medical and dental colleges equipped with latest 2030 P-IV computers, 01 heavy duty network laser printer, 01 heavy duty scanner, light and heavy duty UPS, along with the necessary furniture required for the above mentioned hardware

To provide online access to medical graduates so that they can benefit from the technological advancements in the field of medical education

With the help of internet and digital library access program of HEC Faculty, students and staff of these affiliated /constituent colleges /institutions will also get benefit from these resources
