Educational Facilities

The town abounds in schools, colleges, technical institutions, IT institutions, a medical college and an engineering college. The town is well connected to the outside world and there are cyber cafes and internet services. Because of its proximity to Taxila University, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute and POFs own Technical colleges, the standard of the technical education is very high. University of Wah is latest addition in the galaxy of educational institutes of this town.

Accommodation

• Girls Hostel
  Wah Medical College has its own well laid out and secure girls hostel with well organized feeding arrangements. The hostel is supervised by a lady warden and round the clock security arrangement.
• Boys Hostel
  For male students hostel block within the campus has been prepared which has all facilities to look after the comfort & recreational requirements of the hostellites.
• POF Hotel
  Facility of POF Hotel Wah Cantt which is a 4-Star hotel with all modern facilities i.e. TV, telephone, internet and central air conditioning is available. This accommodation is primarily for foreign and expatriate students but vacant seats will be available to local students purely on first come first served basis & those who can afford. The normal hostel dues specified in the fee structure do not cover this accommodation. It has special rates which will be paid separately.
