List and cost of projects in hand indicating the name address and telephone numbers of the client, consultant and scope of work. Detail of works with a minimum cost of Rs. 30.0 millions last completed along with completion certificate (verifiable). Up-to-date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council. Bio-data of key personals and technical full time staff. Financial Status and Bank References (verifiable). The firm who does not own steel shuttering, scaffolding pipes need not apply. National Tax Number and Income Tax clearance certificate for the last year. Affidavit that applicants firm is not black listed or disqualified by any Government/ Semi-Government department. Affidavit to the effect that firm is not involved in any litigation with any department in the past and present or if any case of involvement give details of litigation.
